  2. What I currently Own and will be buying more. Quite a bit of Aviva as I feel it has more growth, as well it more affordable and I can get more of them.

    Aviva
    Waste Management
    Royal Dutch Shell
    Verizon
    Coca-Cola

I going to be opening some new positions as well.

    1) Unilever
    2) BAE systems
    3) AT&T if they get there debt down they will do well
    4) Cisco Systems, as the internet grows and needs maintaining they will need CISCO systems
    5) Realty Income
    6) Visa, as online sales become more poplar and as cash becomes less popular. I am thinking it will grow.

  3. Hi guys!! I and enjoying and learning a lot from your videos.

I have been using etoro as a broker for two years, but now about 3 months ago I started to do my first dividend stock investment. This month I received the first dividend from AT&T but i just received the 70% on it!!

I used google to find more information and I found this.
    Stocks and ETFs

When a stock pays a dividend, its following morning opening price will be at a lower rate depending on the amount of the dividend.

Should our liquidity provider charge or credit us for this gap, we will pass along this adjustment directly to the impacted positions with no markup or markdown.

If you hold a buy position – you will be credited with 70% of the gross dividend for US-listed stocks (Nasdaq and NYSE exchanges) and 85% for all other stocks

If you hold a sell position – you will be debited with 100% of the gross dividend.

    Is this normal?

    Do recommend a better broker?

  4. Can a non UK citizen buy stocks or dividends through any app or website? I am willing to invest in dividends in some of UK companies.Just buy some fractions for a long term and see how they play.TIA

  5. earned dividends from Aviva, Lloyds, GSK, and Shell in the last few months, feels great. I wonder, is it still smart to hold dividend shares outside of an ISA in the UK, i.e is it tax efficient.

  6. Simple additional information such as ticker codes and an explanation of what the actual return on the dividends would approximately be per £1,000 invested. Also, making new investors aware that a dividend percentage will not return that percentage of your £ invested, but rather that % of each share owned versus its current value. One last suggestion – Try sitting on your hands while you talk, it looks so forced and unnatural.

  7. Wow, Reckitt Benckiser wasn't even in my watchlist, I've researched it now. For it in my watchlist now, gonna buy at the right time. Thanks for showing your analysis in all these companies. I need to favourite this video.
