  1. Hi there guys, congrats for the value! I have a question as a beginner in investments. Let's suppose that one stock e.g. Apple stock has a price of 100$ and they pay 10% dividend at the end of the year. If I buy 10 stocks of Apple, then I get 10% dividend for every stock or 10% dividend for the 10 stocks in total?
    Greetings from Switzerland!

  2. First and foremost thank you for the wealth of info you share on your YouTube channel. Question, after speaking to 2 financial advisers, both have said you shouldn't start investing until you have at least 6-12 months of emergency fund saved and at least $10-15k to start investing with. For someone like myself who primarily lives on a fixed income this almost seems impossible to ever start investing. I have money saved in a savings, but only accruing about $7/month. What are your thoughts of someone like myself taking a small portion of that money to get our feet wet in investing? Say starting with ETFs.

  3. You guys mention that part of your criteria will be undervalue stocks, so what kind of method or valuation do you guys use to determine that the stocks you guys invested were undervalue? And what are your background that you guys are able to understand those companies?

  4. Love the videos but the choices weren’t great. Abbvie is toast.IBM is weak. GM is solid. AT&T is decent. Ford doesn’t have a future. IRM might be ok. MPW is probably ok. AGNC is a good option. PSEC is weird. MAIN is interesting.

  5. Nicely done. You seem like a good couple. Wishing you the best! The dividend is not fixed. Companies give out dividends if they make a profit. The number you mentioned for each company, was it the most recent dividend the company declared, or an average of the past few years?

  6. Thank you for your knowledge, I am a new subscriber and have been binge watching your videos, I truly am enjoying them and learning from you as well at my ripe age of 65. I am taking some of your advise for my husband and myself and putting it into action. Love you both, keep on making these great videos and ignore the negative and mean spirited comments!
